Hanson's Auto Repair

I'm always happy with the service at hansons. I drive a car ive had forever that i love and that unfortunately comes with repair needs. Hansons always gets me in quick. Most recently my car was back in my hands a day later and is running much better. I feel like they are honest with me about what they can accomplish and as a perk they are not far at all from where i live which is very helpful when my car can barely move or needs towed from my home. I refer many people here.

Brian is a hero. Our van's bearings went out on our way home from Louisiana to Michigan. Hanson's took care of us fast and at a good price. -Colton and Jacob

If u don't want your car anymore then u can go here. I went for a problem that had nothing to do with the transmission, but they took the transmission out and sent transmission away so I didn't have a transmission to put back in my car, they sent my car away without my permission for months I had to keep going back to get them to get my car back to the lot, then he said they had to junk it but he lied just so he could keep it and sell I seen what he's was planning on doing from the beginning but I'm not rich there was nothing I could do about it but sign it over to him. It was a Dodge charger.

Called about bringing my vehicle in for quite a few things to be looked at and given a quote for. I explained what I needed a quote for: overheating, shaking wheel(possible axle issue), power steering issue(reservoir and/or pump problem), and my serpentine belt snapped in front of me while checking under my hood. I explained in great detail that I have had another shop do work on my car without my permission when I just wanted a quote and had to pay for it. I need this to just be a check and quote, sure they say, $88 to look at, diagnose and quote. If I decided to get the work done by them the $88 will go towards the work. Sounds great, win win. I dropped my car off to them and was told that they would give me a call the next day. The next day came and an hour or so before they closed they called me and I was told that they still needed to take a look at a few things, but they have put on the serpentine belt and that it was running fine now. I asked what about the other issues and I was told that putting the serpentine belt back on my car remedied a lot of the issues, and that I owed him $120, but they would look at it and give me a call the next morning. The next morning came and

Very good...i feel i can rely on them..only complaint is that they can take your car and work on another car...but that has nothing to do with their skills and reliability.
